According to the Personal Data Act, SeaMaster ApS must inform customers and users about how their personal information is processed.

SeaMaster ApS uses your information in connection with invoicing, payment, creation of ordered subscriptions etc.

Company name and CVR number are available in paper format in each customer’s file directory. CPR numbers are never stored this way.
The name, address and email address are also available in paper format in the archive folder.
Telephone numbers and subscription types etc. can be found on digital lists on SeaMaster’s Q-sync server which is password protected and which can only be accessed by SeaMaster employees.
The name, address, ship name and CVR number are created in the Navision C5 accounting system, which can only be accessed by password and only by the administrative staff.
Invoices are sent by e-mail to the e-mail address mentioned by the customer or, if desired, by Post Nord.
We send relevant information and invitations by mail to registered customers.
